Sales growth occurs by solving problems
I'm a huge Dr. Henry Cloud fan. I admire his work and his books.
This week, I bring to you Chapter 10 of Integrity. This chapter packs a punch with the title of, Eating Problems for Breakfast.
He starts off the chapter by saying,
"The ones who succeed in life are the ones who realize that life is largely about solving problems. The ones who can get with that find much success, and the ones who can't, don't."
Being sales-centric... if you struggle to uncover problems, you will struggle with your profitability.
